Check the labels of your empty beverage containers for ‘CRV’ or ‘CA CASH REFUND’ and turn your trash into cash. Here's what they're worth:

                                                  CRV RATES

• 4 cents per container less than 24 ounces

• 8 cents per container more than 24 ounces

• For juice containers above 48 ounces, no deposit is collected or paid back to you.

REMEMBER: You are eligible to receive back from the redemption center the TOTAL amount that you paid on deposit when you purchased the beverage, plus any scrap value that the center chooses to pay.

Items NOT included in the CRV program:

• Wine bottles

• Milk jugs

• Juice boxes ( Tetra Pak )

• Juices in foil pouches 

• Juices ( more than 48 ounces )

• Diet drinks
