- Must live in Merced County or within any city in Merced County.
- Only one bin per household at the discounted price.

How to Purchase a Compost Bin
- Decide which compost bin is right for you. All three bins offered are high quality and have been widely used in home composting programs throughout California.
- Request a bin order form by submitting your request to: Solid Waste Division, 2222 M Street, Merced, CA 95340. Do not send money at this time. If bins are available, you will be sent ordering and payment instructions. If bins are not available, you will be placed on a waiting list.
